Even if convicted it will be a long time before they go to jail

From how wonderfully they have used the system to get multiple postponements on Joe's DUI case and have even gotten a postponement (and mostlikely will get more) on the Fed case, you can be sure if they are convicted they will go the appeal after appeal after appeal route to postpone going to jail and to try and manipulate both Passiac County and the Feds to lower the charges.

Ugh!!   I think all that postponement crap is just that. I can see why they are needed at times but most people take advantage of it and that bothers me a lot.

Multi-millions of dollars are being spent to keep them going.  There has to be a lot more to the "empire" that has been created.  There is some ketch that is making the Mafia mega millions.  Wonder what is coming in from "Italy" with the stuff Teresa is selling.

Has anyone heard of anyone that has bought a product other than Jen Bello???? 

I understand people around here don't want to buy her stuff, but if you went to the deep south or the midwest where they are not savy to the real Teresa, are they buying her products?  Do you see girls wearing her Milania hats?  Are her products on stores' shelves, even Italian specialty stores?  Are her hair products in their local hair salons?  Is Fabellini on thier party tables?  

Has anyone bought anything she sells?

They don't have any (NADA, not a bottle).  They are expecting a shipment to arrive mid-December.

Brotherhood and Teresa split so Brotherhood is NOT selling her new Fabellini from Italy.
They still have a lot of the old stuff to unload.

ShopRite & Liquor Outlets don't have any around here.  

We watched the episode where Teresa went to Brotherhood winery and because we know about "blended" wines etc., what they were saying is they used a white wine and added flavoring, color and carbonation.  That is not how a Bellini is made.  This is a Boone's Farm method.

I followed the Brotherhood link above and they're selling it for $17.99.

Shop-Rite's link went to a page saying the product couldn't be found and they suggested a search. I searched and it came to a page that offered only the raspberry for $18.99.

Liquor Outlet offers both flavors for $19.99.

But of course that is online.

Yes it is online and I think if you tried to order it you would find out it is from when Teresa was partnered with Brotherhood Winery.  There are bottles out there that were never sold - they now are property of who ever is selling them not Teresa or Brotherhood.  

Teresa and Brotherhood separated over a year ago, so if there is still some of that around it proves it was not a good seller.  

There are several reasons why Brotherhood and Teresa separated.  Could be the product wasn't selling.  Could be the Giudice family started hard arming Brotherhood wanting more money.  Could a million of different reasons.  Bottom line is they have split.

Wine Wave is the distibutor and they are waiting for it to arrive from Italy.

I wonder if it will ever arrive.
Since the company is a Ltd. is it able to be audited by our government because the owner lives here? I know nothing about Ltd. except for what you posted here and a little I had a time to read on wikipedia.
